Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, email address and a password. After submitting, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number — enter it to verify your account. The whole process takes under three minutes. Once verified, you can make your first deposit and start playing.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 99ah. This applies to all players without exception. We may request age verification documents at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately.

No — one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or for any other reason is against our Terms and Conditions and will result in both accounts being closed. If you can't access your existing account, contact support before trying to create a new one.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email or Pakistan mobile number. A reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you don't receive the message within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder or contact live chat.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings → Personal Details. Some changes — particularly mobile number updates — require additional verification for security reasons. If you're unable to complete the change through settings, contact support via live chat.

Accounts are automatically locked after several failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If it remains locked or was suspended for another reason, contact our support team who will explain what happened and guide you through the next steps.

You can request account closure through Account Settings or by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing. Deposits

99ah supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card and credit card. All deposits are processed in PKR. Most methods are instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Check the Deposit page for current minimums for each method. These are kept low to be accessible for most Pakistan players. Maximum deposit limits also apply per transaction and per day.

For JazzCash and Easypaisa, deposits are usually instant. If your balance hasn't updated within five minutes, log out and back in to refresh. If it still hasn't appeared after 10–15 minutes, contact live chat support and provide your transaction reference number from your JazzCash or Easypaisa app — we can track it quickly from there.

No. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name — the same name on your 99ah account. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit sent from another person's account will be returned and may trigger a review of your account.

99ah does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider before transacting if you're unsure.

Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly cap in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period. This is a voluntary tool — we recommend all players use it.

Withdrawals

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Raast transfers are usually completed within the same business day. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Processing times can vary during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete account verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, attempting to withdraw to a different account than the one used to deposit, or a balance discrepancy. Log in and check your account notifications for the specific reason, or contact support for clarification.

As a general rule, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method you used to deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal so we can advise you on the verification steps required.

99ah does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may have their own charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank if you want to understand exactly what will be deducted their end.

If a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game round is typically completed on the server and the result recorded. When you reconnect, you should see the completed outcome. If your balance doesn't reflect the correct result, contact support and provide the game name, approximate time and the PKR amount of the bet.

Sports Betting

The Sports section covers cricket as the primary sport — PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and world tournaments. Football, Esports and other international sports are also available. Markets include match winner, top scorer, over/under, live in-play and more depending on the event.

In-play betting lets you place bets on a match while it's happening. Odds update continuously based on the match situation — current score, wickets, overs remaining and so on. You can bet on outcomes like the result of the next over, the next wicket method, or the overall match winner. Markets open and close quickly during live play, so decisions need to be made fast.

If a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum overs required for a valid result (typically defined per sport and competition), most bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a Duckworth-Lewis result is declared, that counts as a valid result. The specific rules vary by market — check the sports betting terms for the full policy.

Cash out availability depends on the market and the current match situation. Where cash out is available, you'll see the option against your active bet in the My Bets section. The cash out value fluctuates with live odds — locking it in early may mean a lower return than waiting for the final result, but it also removes the risk of losing the bet entirely.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed in the betting slip for each market before you confirm your bet. These vary by market and match — high-profile PSL final matches may have different limits compared to bilateral series. The amounts are always shown in PKR.

Bonuses & Promotions

New 99ah accounts qualify for a welcome bonus on the first deposit. The exact bonus amount and structure are shown on the registration and deposit pages. A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain total amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 20,000 in total bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally — slots usually count 100%, live casino games may contribute less. Check the specific terms for each bonus.

If you have an active bonus, withdrawing your deposit before meeting the wagering requirement will typically result in the bonus and any bonus-related winnings being forfeited. Your original deposit amount may still be withdrawable depending on the specific bonus terms. Read the terms of each bonus carefully before activating it.

Yes. Promotions for existing players are updated regularly and visible in the Promotions section after logging in. These include reload bonuses, tournament prizes for slots, cricket betting boosts during PSL season and other seasonal offers. Opt-in requirements, dates and terms vary per promotion.

Mobile App

The 99ah app is available for Android devices via the Download page. It's not available through the Google Play Store — you download the APK directly. Installation takes about two minutes. Enable "Install from unknown sources" in your Android settings before installing (Settings → Security or Apps, depending on your phone model).

The app works on Android 6.0 and above, which covers the vast majority of smartphones currently in use in Pakistan — including Samsung Galaxy, Vivo, Tecno, OPPO and Infinix models. If you're using an older device and experiencing issues, check the App page for minimum requirements or contact support.

No — the app uses the same account as the website. Log in with the same credentials. Your balance, bet history, bonuses and settings are all synced in real time between the app and the browser version. You don't need to register again.

Most installation issues come down to one of three things: "Install from unknown sources" isn't enabled in your Android settings, the downloaded APK file was corrupted (try downloading again), or your device has insufficient storage. Check all three. If the problem persists, contact support with your phone model and Android version and we'll help troubleshoot.

Responsible Gaming

99ah provides deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly in PKR), session time reminders, cooling-off breaks (24 hours up to several weeks) and self-exclusion (one month to permanent). All tools are in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require 24 hours. Full details are on the Responsible Gaming page.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion and choose a duration. This removes access to your account for the selected period and cannot be reversed during that time. If you need it actioned urgently, contact support directly via live chat — we will prioritise it. Your balance is preserved during self-exclusion.

The first practical step is to use the cooling-off or self-exclusion tool to remove access while you take stock. Then review your transaction history for the past 30 days to get a clear picture of your spending. Talk to someone you trust. If you're finding it hard to stop or it's affecting your finances or family, that's a serious sign — use self-exclusion and consider speaking to a professional. Log in and go to Account Settings → Communication Preferences. Turn off promotional emails and push notifications. Changes apply within 24 hours. You can also contact support and ask to be removed from marketing communications — we'll action it for you. Transactional messages (withdrawal confirmations, security alerts) cannot be turned off.
